CANCELLATION POLICY
We fully understand that plans change so if for any reason you no longer require a box, please let us know, as at busy periods we do run out of boxes and revert to a cancellation list; with sufficient notice we can let these customers have your slot.Any cancellations given with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the cost of the booking. This is to reflect our administrative costs, labour costs already incurred in making up the kit for your vehicle, and potential lost profit, as we will lose the opportunity to fill that slot at such short notice.In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or genuine emergencies, we may waive the cancellation fee if suitable evidence is provided.
